Our programs are staffed by the most committed and persistent professionals that are culturally competent, academically sound, customer service oriented and hold a strong belief in strength based programming.
It is the responsibility of everyone involved in the program to assure that the participant's needs are being met across all domains - in the home, the educational sphere and the broader community at large.
OES combines incentives and graduated sanctions to assist a youth in being successful in our programs. It is our focus to serve each youth a the least restrictive level of care.
