The ELECTRONIC MONITORING / GPS program is provided for youth while
behaviors put themselves or the community at risk. It is a brief intervention to
ensure stability of youth while providing rehabilitative services. The monitoring
can be either passive or aggressive - depending on the court order and needs of the
youth. EM services also provide a way for the trackers to locate a youth at any time,
assures that youth are meeting the conditions of their liberty which in turn helps
assure community safety.

Our trained TRACKING staff provide frequent and consistent support; monitor
and track a youth's daily activities outside of the home such as at school,
employment, or checking to assure the youth meets their curfew. Tracking ensures
youth compliance with the rules of behavior by their parents/ caregivers or their
condition of liberty or case plan. All contacts with the youth are documented for
future court appearances.
